ASEP

After School Enrichment Program (After School Care): This CMS program provides a warm, caring environment beyond school hours where your children have the opportunity to play with school friends and do homework. After School Activities 2025-2026 SGE Lineup

 

Shamrock offers several after school activities throughout the week. Sign ups for these are usually in the fall and some are restricted to specific grade levels. These organizations/programs operate independently of CMS and are solely responsible for selecting, hiring, and supervising their staff and volunteers. The organizations are neither endorsed by nor necessarily reflect the views of the Board, the district, or any CMS school. The activities listed below are available for the 2025-2026 school year.  

  • P3 Soccer Lab - P3 Soccer is a once a week skills based soccer clinic that empowers soccer players to grow their passion for the game, prepares them to achieve their individual goals, and improves their performance. Register now! Three guaranteed full scholarships are available.
    • Grades 1-5 
    • Starts: September 11th - November 20th (10 weeks/sessions)
    • Thursdays: 3pm - 4pm
  • Limelight At Limelight Kids Charlotte, our after-school program is more than just an extension of the school day—it's an opportunity for your child to explore their creativity and build essential life skills. Through theater arts, children engage in imaginative play, develop strong communication abilities, and gain the confidence to shine on and off the stage. Our program is designed to turn the end of the school day into a time of joyful discovery and personal growth. Register now

  • DigiBridge - Digi-Bridge sparks interest and passion in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) learning, ensuring that students have the opportunities and skills to succeed in a rapidly-changing world by fostering curiosity, creativity, exploration, persistence, and resilience.   • Girls on the Run - Inspires girls of all abilities to recognize their individual strengths while building a sense of connection in a team setting. Volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development to enable girls to adapt to whatever comes their way. At the end of the season, the team completes a 5K together, which provides a tangible sense of accomplishment and sets a confident mindset into motion.

  • Let me Run - Is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys to be themselves, be active, and belong. Twice a week for seven weeks, trained volunteer coaches lead an elementary or middle school team through practice. Designed to amplify confidence, self-expression, and respect for others, each practice includes a lesson that incorporates running, games and activities. Each fall and spring season culminates in a 5K race festival that celebrates the boy's personal growth.
